Tony, your Chef, makes some fabulous dishes - just look at our varied menu - and we have new Specials every week. We use only the finest ingredients - the crispest cool salads, the leanest tender meats, and the freshest vegetables. We cook them to perfection in healthy oils and sauces, and we present them so that they are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate !
